Being in lockdown Kevin acted as my eyes on the repairs of our house that had been rented out.Many problems existed which Kevin found solutions to.Kevin took photos of all the damaged areas and bought the necessary parts to complete the repairs.

All the work was quality work while being fairly priced and agreed upon before started.Photos of finished works sent to us.

Finding someone like Kevin who you can trust to work remotely without supervision is very rare indeed. A real find .

Kevin was marvellous. He came to lay a floor and do some decorating. It subsequently turned out that the whole house needed rewiring. Medium sized job turned into huge job. Kevin stayed far longer than expected and did a fantastic job, both with the flooring and the decorating which was needed after the electricians did the wiring.
It is a measure of Kevin’s trustworthiness that he moved into our house and finished the work whilst we went on holiday for two weeks!
I have no hesitation in recommending him as a first rate craftsman and a thoroughly decent chap.
